Standard car-detailing and commercial microfibre laundry is $7.00 per kilogram plus GST, with a 10 kg minimum. Cloths heavily affected by wax, polish, grease, oils or tyre products are charged at $9.00 per kilogram plus GST. Fuel-, solvent- and flammable-product-contaminated cloths are not accepted.

Collection and Delivery by Arrangement
Free customer drop-off and pick-up is available at our George Town location by arrangement. George Town local collection and return is $15 plus GST ($16.50 including GST). Collection and delivery outside George Town is available on scheduled routes or by quote.
Recurring commercial routes are as stated in the commercial quote.
Typical Turnaround
Standard recurring KleanBizFold laundry is generally completed within 24–48 hours after laundry is received and accepted.
Larger, heavily soiled or more difficult-dry loads may take 48–72 hours. Timing depends on item type, load size, drying requirements, current capacity and the confirmed service arrangement.

Recurring Commercial Arrangements
Recurring commercial accounts may be quoted based on volume, frequency, item type, service area and operational requirements. The applicable collection, payment and service arrangements are confirmed in writing.
Microfibre and Cleaning Cloths
Suitable microfibre and cleaning cloths are handled under KleanBizFold. They are washed without fabric softener where appropriate to help avoid affecting absorbency.
Cloths affected by fuel, solvent, flammable chemicals or hazardous substances are not accepted.
Clear labelling
Bag and label towels, linen, workwear and cloths clearly so the confirmed service arrangement can be followed.
Suitable materials
Provide only items that are machine-washable, tumble-dry safe and suitable for the agreed commercial laundry service.
Product and care notes
Tell OneTwoKlean about known product requirements, colour concerns or relevant care instructions before processing.
Item assessment
Bulky, Difficult-Dry and Special-Care Items
Bulky, heavily soiled, high-volume or difficult-dry commercial laundry may need assessment before acceptance. Item construction, care labels, drying requirements and workload can affect pricing and timing.

- • Extra sorting, separate loads or special packaging may require a separate charge.
- • Items that cannot be safely tumble dried may be refused or returned unprocessed.

Payment
Payment is due before or at collection or delivery unless written commercial account terms have been approved.
Approved commercial customers may be offered weekly, fortnightly or monthly invoicing.
If Something Isn’t Right
If you have a concern with your KleanBizFold service, please contact OneTwoKlean within 24 hours of collection or delivery. If the issue resulted from our wash process, OneTwoKlean may rewash affected accepted items once at no charge.

OneTwoKlean takes reasonable care with accepted laundry. Commercial customers are responsible for providing safe, correctly bagged and labelled non-hazardous items, and for advising of special-care requirements before processing.
Nothing in these terms limits customer rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Laundry Service AgreementMachine-Drying Notice
All KleanBizFold services are machine wash, tumble dry and fold services. OneTwoKlean does not provide line drying, ironing or dry cleaning. Customers are responsible for ensuring items are suitable for machine washing and tumble drying. Items with delicate care instructions, “dry clean only,” “hand wash only,” or “do not tumble dry” labels may be refused or processed only under an expressly accepted written arrangement.
