Drop-off is available at OneTwoKlean’s George Town location by appointment or during advertised laundry drop-off hours.
Free customer drop-off and pick-up is available at our George Town location by arrangement. Local George Town collection and return is $16.50 including GST. Collection and delivery outside George Town is available on scheduled routes or by quote.

Typical Turnaround
Standard KleanFold turnaround is generally 24–48 hours after laundry is received and accepted.
Turnaround depends on item type, load size, drying requirements, current capacity and the confirmed collection or drop-off arrangement.
Same-day service, where available, is +25% and subject to availability and confirmation.

Standard detergent is included.
Sensitive requests
Sensitive-skin, low-fragrance or fragrance-free options may be requested.
Customer-supplied detergent
Customers may provide clearly labelled machine-washing detergent with instructions. OneTwoKlean may refuse products that could damage machines, cause excessive foaming, stain items, contain unsuitable bleach products or otherwise be unsuitable for the service.
Sorting
Reasonable sorting
Laundry is sorted using reasonable care where practical, including separation of lights, darks and towels.
Customer pre-sorting
Customers should pre-sort items where they have particular colour or care requirements.
Mixed colours and separate loads
Where mixed colours are provided together, items may be washed together unless separate loads are requested. Additional sorting or separate loads may incur an extra charge.
Before You Hand It Over
Pockets
Customers are responsible for checking and emptying every pocket before drop-off or collection. OneTwoKlean may notice and remove obvious items as a courtesy, but pocket checking is not guaranteed.
Stains
Basic treatment may be applied to visible stains where practical, but stain removal is not guaranteed. Customers should identify known stains and, where possible, explain what caused them.
Old, set-in, oil-based, dye, rust, paint, bleach, mould and chemical stains may not be removable. Specialist stain removal is not included unless separately assessed and quoted.
Doonas, Blankets and Bulky Bedding
Washable doonas, heavy blankets, mattress protectors and other bulky bedding may be accepted when they are suitable for machine washing and tumble drying.
- Bulky items are assessed and priced per item rather than by kilogram.
- Drying time may be longer.
- Waterproof, padded or difficult-dry items require assessment.
- Items that cannot be safely tumble dried may be refused.

If Something Isn’t Right
If you have a concern with your KleanFold service, contact OneTwoKlean within 24 hours of collection or delivery. If the issue was caused by our wash process, we may rewash the affected items once at no charge.
Stain removal, odour removal and restoration of pre-existing fabric issues are not guaranteed.

OneTwoKlean takes reasonable care with all laundry. Customers are responsible for checking care labels, emptying pockets and advising us of special care requirements before washing.
OneTwoKlean is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak seams, loose buttons, worn elastic, colour run from unstable dyes, shrinkage associated with incorrect or missing care labels, or damage caused by items left in pockets.
Nothing in these terms limits customer rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Service AgreementMachine-Drying Notice
All KleanFold services are machine wash, tumble dry and fold services. OneTwoKlean does not provide line drying, ironing or dry cleaning. Customers are responsible for ensuring items are suitable for machine washing and tumble drying. Items with delicate care instructions, “dry clean only,” “hand wash only,” or “do not tumble dry” labels may be refused or returned unprocessed.
