Important Service Notes
- Cleaning is limited to safe and accessible areas
- Items must be empty and accessible for internal cleaning
- We do not move heavy furniture or appliances unless agreed in advance
- Excessive build-up, mould, or damage may require additional time or cost
- Power and water must be available on the day of service
- While booking is online, a site walkthrough or inspection may be needed to provide a fair and accurate quote

Can you clean cafés, restaurants and commercial kitchens?
We can assess suitable food service sites and agree on the surfaces, equipment exteriors, floors and high-touch areas to be cleaned under your site instructions. Food safety responsibilities stay with the operator. Pest control and specialist exhaust or duct cleaning are outside this service.
Do you offer after-hours commercial cleaning?
Yes. We understand that many businesses require cleaning outside of business hours to minimise disruption. We offer flexible scheduling to suit your operations.
Does submitting the online form confirm my booking?
No. The online form submits a service request. Our team will review the service type, property location, scope and availability before providing or confirming the next step. A booking is only confirmed after the service proposal is accepted and any required deposit is received.
