The standard MegaKlean includes cleaning of the oven exterior only. An internal oven deep clean remains an optional quoted extra unless expressly included in the accepted proposal.
Detailed cleaning of accessible shower floor and wall grout is included as part of the agreed bathroom deep-cleaning scope. Intensive grout restoration, specialist stain treatment or remediation is an optional quoted service and is not automatically included.

- Cleaning is limited to safe and accessible areas
- Items must be empty and accessible for internal cleaning
- We do not move heavy furniture or appliances unless agreed in advance
- Excessive build-up, mould, or damage may require additional time or cost
- Power and water must be available on the day of service
- While booking is online, a site walkthrough or inspection may be needed to provide a fair and accurate quote

Is the inside of the oven included in a standard or deep clean?
The oven exterior is part of the usual kitchen clean. An internal oven deep clean is a separately quoted extra unless it is expressly listed in your accepted proposal. Please mention it when requesting a quote.

What is the difference between The MightyKlean and The MegaKlean?
The MightyKlean is a one-off or occasional standard clean that covers essential home-cleaning tasks.
The MegaKlean is a comprehensive one-off deep clean or home reset. It includes the core MightyKlean tasks plus additional attention to areas such as skirting boards, door frames, accessible shower grout and high areas. Inside cupboards and drawers are an optional quoted extra only: they must be empty, safely accessible and expressly listed in the accepted service proposal.
KleanRoutine is the dedicated weekly, fortnightly or three-weekly recurring service.
Does submitting the online form confirm my booking?
No. The online form submits a service request. Our team will review the service type, property location, scope and availability before providing or confirming the next step. A booking is only confirmed after the service proposal is accepted and any required deposit is received.
