PawFectFold is OneTwoKlean’s separate pet laundry service for washable pet bedding, blankets, towels, crate mats, grooming towels and other washable pet items.
Pet laundry is processed separately from ordinary household laundry using pet-safe, low-fragrance or fragrance-free products where possible. Suitable items are machine washed, tumble dried and folded where practical.

Final pricing is confirmed after laundry is received, weighed and inspected. All household and pet prices include GST. Commercial prices exclude GST unless otherwise stated. Oversized, heavily soiled, difficult-dry and unusual items will be quoted before processing.

Prepare
Place suitable pet laundry in a closed bag, basket or container. Keep pet items separate from household and commercial laundry, and empty pockets or remove loose items.

Request
Submit a PawFectFold service request and tell us whether you prefer arranged George Town drop-off or collection and delivery.

Separate Wash, Dry & Fold
Accepted pet laundry is processed separately from ordinary household laundry, machine washed, tumble dried where suitable and folded where practical.

Return
Your completed laundry is collected or returned through the confirmed arrangement after payment requirements are met.

Turnaround
Standard PawFectFold turnaround is generally 48–72 hours after laundry is received and accepted.
Timing depends on load size, item type, pet hair, odour, drying requirements, current capacity and confirmed collection or drop-off arrangements.
Same-day service is not guaranteed and must be arranged in advance.

Customer-supplied laundry products may be accepted if clearly labelled, suitable for machine washing and approved before use.
CLEAR EXPECTATIONS
A Clear Approach to Pet Laundry
Pet Hair
Loose pet hair may be removed where practical. Complete pet-hair removal is not guaranteed.
Odour
Pet odour may improve through washing, but odour removal is not guaranteed.
Stains
Basic stain treatment may be applied where practical, but stain removal is not guaranteed.
Heavy pet hair, strong odour, extra rinsing, pre-treatment or machine cleaning may require assessment and additional charges.
BULKY PET ITEMS
Pet Beds, Crate Mats and Bulky Items
Large pet beds, padded items, crate mats and other bulky pet laundry must be machine-washable and suitable for tumble drying. They may need assessment before acceptance because drying time, construction and material condition can vary.
- • Bulky items may be priced per item or quoted before processing.
- • Items with loose foam, leaking stuffing or unsafe materials may be refused.
- • Items that cannot be safely tumble dried may be refused or returned unwashed.
- • Folding is provided where practical.

Payment is due before or at collection or delivery.
Pet laundry must be paid for before release.
If Something Isn’t Right
If you have a concern with your PawFectFold service, please contact OneTwoKlean within 24 hours of collection or delivery. If the issue resulted from our wash process, OneTwoKlean may rewash affected accepted items once at no charge.

OneTwoKlean takes reasonable care with all accepted laundry. Customers are responsible for checking care labels, emptying pockets, removing valuables and advising us of special-care requirements before washing.
Nothing in these terms limits customer rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Laundry Service AgreementMachine-Drying Notice
All PawFectFold services are machine wash, tumble dry and fold services. OneTwoKlean does not provide line drying, ironing or dry cleaning. Customers are responsible for ensuring items are suitable for machine washing and tumble drying. Items with delicate care instructions, “dry clean only,” “hand wash only,” or “do not tumble dry” labels may be refused or processed only under an expressly accepted written arrangement.
