This policy applies to National Executive Support Group Pty Ltd trading as OneTwoKlean (we, us or our).
We may collect contact and identity details (name, telephone number, email address, and business or organisation details); property and service details (service address, access instructions, requested service, property condition, cleaning requirements, and information needed to assess safety, access and suitability); and booking records such as service requests, estimates, proposals, accepted Service Agreements, deposit or payment status, and appointment and service history.
We may keep emails, telephone notes, messages, enquiries, feedback and complaints. Where reasonably required for quoting, documenting work, safety, quality assurance or resolving concerns, we may also keep photographs or service records.
When you use our website, technical services may collect an IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referral source, approximate location derived from technical data, cookie preferences, website performance information and analytics events.
We only collect limited sensitive information when you voluntarily provide it and it is reasonably necessary for accessibility, safety or the requested service. We do not routinely collect medical information.

Current verified providers include Base44 (website platform and hosting), ServiceM8 (service-request, customer and job-management functionality), CookieYes (consent preferences), Rybbit (website analytics), Google reCAPTCHA (security and abuse prevention in relevant embedded services), and Supabase-hosted or other content-delivery infrastructure for website assets.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and practical safeguards to protect personal information. We retain information only for operational, legal, accounting, insurance and dispute-management needs. Some providers may process or store information outside Australia, and their locations can change. Where practicable, we use reasonable privacy safeguards for that handling.
You may ask to access or correct your personal information by contacting us. If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first with the details; we generally aim to respond within 30 days. If the matter is not resolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law and other applicable laws are not affected.
